Apsara Creative will make reasonable efforts to appropriately credit creators when their work is displayed or published.
5. Community & Youth Programs
Apsara Creative may organize educational programs, workshops, exhibitions, publications, mentorship opportunities, and community programs, including programs serving young people.
Participation in a program may be governed by additional registration forms, consent forms, photography or media releases, community agreements, or participation requirements.
For participants under 18, Apsara Creative may require permission from a parent or legal guardian for particular activities, publications, photographs, recordings, field trips, or other uses of a participant's work or likeness.
Participation in a program does not automatically grant Apsara Creative ownership of a participant's creative work.
6. User and Community Submissions
Certain Apsara Creative projects may invite users or community members to submit writing, artwork, photography, comments, interviews, stories, or other creative material.
You retain ownership of original material you submit unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
By voluntarily submitting material for publication or display, you represent that you have the right to submit the material and that it does not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
When publication rights are needed, Apsara Creative may request additional permission or a separate contributor agreement describing how the work may be published, displayed, promoted, archived, or reproduced.
We reserve the right to decline or remove submissions that are unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, threatening, infringing, or inconsistent with the purpose of the applicable project or community space.
7. Products, Publications & Purchases
Apsara Creative may offer magazines, artwork, prints, merchandise, event registrations, memberships, creative services, or other products for purchase.
Prices, availability, descriptions, and offerings may change without notice.
Additional terms concerning payment, shipping, returns, cancellations, subscriptions, commissions, or refunds may be presented at the time of purchase. When provided, those terms become part of your agreement with Apsara Creative.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment.
8. Events & Workshops
Events, exhibitions, workshops, classes, and other programs may be changed, postponed, relocated, or canceled when circumstances require.
Specific events may have additional policies regarding registration, attendance, refunds, photography, recording, conduct, or participation.
